    Medical Sales Executives

    Job Summary

    • A multinational pharmaceutical company based in Lagos is seeking experienced and results-driven Medical Sales Executives to join its growing team across Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt.
    • The ideal candidates will be responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving sales growth within assigned territories.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Promote and market pharmaceutical products to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other medical personnel.
    • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
    • Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base within assigned territory.
    • Conduct product presentations and provide accurate product information to clients.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
    • Prepare and submit periodic sales reports and market intelligence updates.
    • Ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries and product orders.
    • Maintain excellent customer service and professional representation of the company.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of B.Sc. Degree in a Science-related discipline such as Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related fields from a reputable institution.
    • Minimum of three (3) years’ sales experience in a pharmaceutical company.
    • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and medical sales processes.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
    • Willingness to travel within assigned territory when required.
