Role Description

• This is a full-time Medical Officer role based on-site in Ilesa.
• The Medical Officer will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients, implementing and supervising clinical care, providing medical consultations, and performing medical procedures when required.
• The role also involves collaborating with other physicians and training less experienced medical staff to ensure the provision of top-quality care to all patients.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Medicine and proficiency in diagnosing and managing health conditions
• Expertise in Patient Care and experience in delivering effective and compassionate healthcare services
• Ability to perform Surgery and execute medical procedures with attention to detail and safety
• Experience in Training and mentoring medical staff to enhance team capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with Physicians in a clinical setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues
• Medical degree and a valid license to practice medicine
• Previous experience in a similar role or healthcare setting is an advantage
