Job Description

• Assist in the collection, processing, and analysis of biological specimens for laboratory testing.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting as necessary.
• Prepare reagents and samples for analysis, ensuring strict adherence to laboratory protocols.
• Record and compile test results, maintaining detailed and accurate laboratory logs and databases.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the laboratory, adhering to safety and infection control policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Biological Sciences, or a related field.
• Certification as a Laboratory Technician from a recognized institution.
• At least 1 year of experience in a clinical laboratory setting, with proficiency in laboratory equipment and procedures.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of laboratory safety and infection control practices.
