• We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Scientist
• The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory investigations, analyzing results, and supporting accurate diagnosis and treatment of patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests in areas including bacteriology, virology, mycology, and parasitology.
• Collect, process, and analyze patient specimens in accordance with standard procedures.
• Accurately interpret results to aid clinical decision-making.
• Ensure proper documentation of test procedures, results, and laboratory activities.
• Attention to detail Medical Laboratory Scientist
• Adhere to quality control and quality assurance protocols.
• Ensure compliance MLSCN regulatory standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory environment.

Education & Professional Requirements:

• Registration with the Medical Laboratory Science Council

Experience:

• 1–5 years relevant laboratory experience 
• Experience in a hospital or diagnostic laboratory setting is an added advantage
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
