Job Description

• He/she is responsible for coordinating people and processes to ensure that projects are delivered on time, to the contentment of all stakeholders and also produce the desired results.
• He/she is also the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline.
• He/she communicates with the project team and stakeholders, manage risks and issues, and monitor progress to ensure that project stays on track.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating all departments to full actualize the company's objective.
• Developing and implementing media strategies and campaigns to promote products, services, or brands.
• Conducting market research to identify target audiences and media channels.
• Creating and managing content for various media platforms, such as websites, social media, and print materials.
• Collaborating with creative teams to produce engaging and visually appealing media content.
• Monitoring and analyzing media performance and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Building and maintaining relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
• Managing media budgets and negotiating advertising rates.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging media technologies.
• Handling crisis communication and managing media inquiries.
• Ensuring brand consistency and messaging across all media channels.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's Degree in Digital Media or related field
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and other editing software
• Creative and innovative
• Expert knowledge of all digital media
• Proven ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Strong project management capabilities.
