Media Personnel at The Quest Schools

Job Duties

• Develop and execute a content strategy to increase Quest & Smartbanc visibility across digital platforms.
• Manage and regularly update Quest and Smartbanc social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn).
• Create engaging photo, video, and written content highlighting school activities, student achievements, and impact stories.
• Cover key school events for documentation and promotion.
• Design flyers, banners, newsletters, and digital campaigns to support outreach and fundraising efforts.
• Monitor engagement analytics and adjust content strategy accordingly.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all media.
• Collaborate with relevant departments (eg faculty, advisory) for timely content delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Marketing, or related fields
• 1 - 2 years proven experience managing social media for a brand or organization.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (eg Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).
• Basic photography and video editing skills.
• Strong writing and storytelling ability.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Passion for education, youth development, or social impact is a plus.
