Salesplat Technologies is looking for a Media and Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. This position is perfect for someone who is creative, self-driven, and eager to grow their career in marketing.
This role will focus on developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, and driving brand awareness.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, creation, and execution of marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products and services.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
Track campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
Develop engaging content for the company’s social media platforms, website, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
Create written, visual, and video content to promote brand messaging and products.
Ensure that all content is aligned with the company’s brand voice and standards.
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
Assist in building and maintaining the company's brand presence through strategic media and PR initiatives.
Collaborate with external media outlets, influencers, and PR agencies to secure brand visibility.
Help manage partnerships and sponsorships that align with the company's branding goals.
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, social media engagement, and website traffic.
Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Track key metrics such as lead generation, conversions, and ROI.
Assist with planning and executing events such as product launches, webinars, and conferences.
Promote events through digital and traditional marketing channels to maximize attendance and exposure.
Manage event logistics, from coordinating with vendors to managing on-site activities.
Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing materials that support sales initiatives.
Collaborate with the product team to create promotional content for product launches and updates.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and content strategy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
