Job Description:

• We need a Massage Therapist with vast knowledge of massage techniques and can work in a very professional environment.
• They communicate with clients to pinpoint which areas need attention, determine the source of discomfort, and choose the best massage techniques to apply to the situation.

Requirements:

• Massage soft body tissues to relieve discomfort and provide treatment for injuries, wellness maintenance, or medical conditions.
• Ability to use Liposuction equipment and any other massage equipment available.
• Provide guidance to clients through service offerings and determine which massages would benefit them most.
• Responsible for treating clients through soft tissue manipulation while maintaining a safe and relaxing atmosphere for our clients.
• Apply pressure to specific parts of the body with the hands and fingers to release muscle tension and bring relief from related symptoms.
• Ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized spa facility.
• Setting up spa and work stations, and ensuring cleanliness and tidiness throughout the shift.
• Assisting with keeping linens clean and tidy, and replacing them between sessions.
• Sterilizing equipment.
• Accompanying guests to and from treatment rooms.
• Consulting with clients to identify appropriate massage services.
• Providing massage services listed in the brochure.
• Maintaining records and filing documentation.
• Complying with all applicable standards, rules, and regulations.

Job Skills & Qualifications

Required:

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with at least 2 years of work experience.
• Working knowledge within the hospitality sector is an added advantage.
• Adhere to all current regulations and laws related to massage therapy.
• Ability to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality.
• Ability to pass a background check.
