The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for executing and supervising marketing activities that increase brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive brand engagement.This role focuses on marketing execution and field coordination and is strictly a marketing role, not a sales position.
Key Responsibilities
Execute marketing activities according to the marketing plan, ensuring high-quality delivery in the field.
Coordinate promoters to ensure daily targets and productive activities are achieved.
Organize and supervise town-storming activities.
Ensure all marketing and field activities are accurately captured and updated on the company’s marketing app.
Prepare and submit timely activity reports, highlighting outcomes, insights, and recommendations.
Monitor the effectiveness of field marketing campaigns and suggest improvements for increased impact.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, and other departments) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Requirements
HND / BSc in marketing or related field
Minimum 3–5 years FMCG Marketing supervisor role
Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage field teams effectively.
Proven experience in field marketing, promotions, or brand activation.
Excellent reporting, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to plan, execute, and monitor multiple activities in fast-paced environments.
