    Marketing Strategist

    Key Areas of Responsibilities

    • Marketing Strategy and Planning: Planning and executing marketing strategies and campaigns across online and offline channels, defining goals, and setting KPIs.
    • Market Research: Conducting market research to understand target audiences, competitors' activities, and market dynamics.
    • Brand Engagement Strategy:
    • Crafting and executing strategic initiatives to enhance brand engagement through creative content development and innovative concepts, driving meaningful interactions, and ultimately fostering customer loyalty and conversions.
    • Data Analysis and Insights: Analyzing data to identify opportunities, challenges, and trends, and monitoring campaign performance against KPIs.
    • Brand Messaging and Communication: Crafting compelling brand messaging and communication strategies to resonate with target audiences across all channels.
    • Offline Marketing Strategies: Developing offline marketing strategies, including traditional advertising, print media, events, and sponsorships.
    • Budget Allocation and Optimization: Allocating budgets effectively based on performance and strategic priorities, tracking expenses, and optimizing budget allocation.
    • Collaboration and Partnership: Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and leverage resources.
    • Data Analytics: Using data analytics and reporting tools to gain insights, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

    Key Skills and Experiences Required for Marketing Strategist Position

    • Candidates should possess HND / Bachelor's Degrees with 2 - 5 years relevant work experience.
    • Strategic Thinker: Analytical mindset to develop marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Creative Problem-Solver: Innovative approach to engage audiences and differentiate the brand.
    • Data Analyst: Proficient in measuring campaign performance and optimizing strategies based on insights.
