Key Responsibilities

• Gather insights into Target audiences, behaviours, and pain points through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform ideas and campaign decisions.
• Create detailed user personas based on research to better understand target audiences and tailor experiences to meet their needs.
• Visualize the user journey across different touchpoints to identify areas for improvement and ensure a consistent experience.
• Work closely with creative, client service, and operations teams to align strategies and ensure a unified approach to creating experiences for clients’ brands.
• Tracking and reporting results
• Developing specific marketing campaigns to reach marketing goals
• Researching and forecasting marketing trends and changes
• Brainstorming innovative marketing ideas.
• Meeting with clients to evaluate marketing needs and get feedback.
• Ensuring marketing campaigns align with clients’ brands.

Key Requirements

• Candidate should have at least 2-5 years of experience working in marketing communications.
• Proven track record of successfully creating and implementing marketing strategies.
