Marketing Sales Agent at Waziri e-Commerce Ltd

Responsibilities:

• Interact regularly with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products and services
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Develop and apply in-depth knowledge of products and services to answer customer questions and determine appropriate solutions
• Represent the brand in a professional manner that results in repeat business and a positive customer experience
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
• Use various sales techniques, including cold calling, networking, and referrals, to expand the client base.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.
• Identify lead opportunities as well as the potential for upsells
• Identifying new Supermarkets/businesses with high traffic for possible entry
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and ways to improve products and services.
• Participate in training and seek opportunities for improving operations

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of OND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in marketing roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• A customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building long-term customer relationships.
• Knowledge of e-commerce products and services, as well as an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in the e-commerce industry.
• Creative thinking and a proactive approach to identifying innovative marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Remuneration: NGN 50,000 plus weekly Transport
