Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Officer based in Lagos. The Marketing Officer will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies to promote the company’s brand and Behavioral Health services.

Key responsibilities

• Promote counselling, psychiatric, addiction, and related behavioural health programs
• Relationship Development: Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, clinicians, and community organizations to generate leads.
• Outreach Strategy: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase awareness of services.
• Patient Outreach: Educate families and patients about available services to drive admissions.
• Data Analysis: Track and analyze marketing KPIs to measure campaign ROI.
• Monitor marketing industry news and submit reports on emerging trends to management monthly.
• Work closely with management to coordinate day-to-day activities leading to project completion.
• Create, edit, and publish marketing materials across various platforms.
• Engage in marketing environments including exhibitions and internal meetings.
• Establish initial contact with outside organizations.
• Coordinate event budgets and manage expenses accordingly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Health, Psychology, or related field
• Additional certification in healthcare marketing is an advantage

Experience

• 3–5 years experience in healthcare or behavioural health marketing preferred
• Experience in hospital or clinical service marketing is an added advantage
• Proven track record in referral development and outreach programs
