Our client; a reputable firm in the MANUFACTURING sector is looking to fill the role of a MARKETING MANAGER
JOB LOCATION: LAGOS, IBADAN, ABUJA/SULEJA, YOLA, KADUNA

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
• Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
• Generating new business leads.
• Increasing brand awareness and market share.
• Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments.
• Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.
• Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
• Managing the marketing department's staff.
• Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
• Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
• Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Science/Pharmacy or Post Graduate in Science/Pharmacy 
• A master's degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in as a SALES REPRESENTATIVE in a manufacturing firm. 
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a marketing manager in a pharmaceutical firm. 
• Candidate should have thorough knowledge and working experience in the location mentioned above 
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding in a pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to lead and drive a team of sales/Medical reps to achieve the set daily and monthly targets/goals assigned.
• Should have basic product knowledge of pharmaceutical products and their usage
• Good communication and organizing skills 
• The ability to produce presentations to a group of Doctors/pharmacists of Hospitals and Institutions.
• A self-motivated and driven person with the ability to motivate and drive subordinates.
• Ability to work and produce results under unfavorable external environments also 
• Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
