As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and business growth.
Lead and manage marketing campaigns, brand activations, partnerships, and promotional events
Oversee the marketing team, manage budgets, and monitor campaign performance against business objectives
Build strategic relationships with media partners, agencies, and external stakeholders to strengthen brand positioning
Analyze market trends and customer insights to optimize marketing initiatives and improve customer acquisition and retention.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
5–7 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or communications, preferably within the fashion, luxury retail, or lifestyle industry.
Strong knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, campaign management, and brand strategy
Proven experience managing marketing budgets, partnerships, and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Professional marketing certification is an added advantage.
