    Marketing Manager

    JOB SUMMARY

    • As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the marketing strategy for our organisation.
    • This dynamic and multifaceted position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for both traditional and digital marketing.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Responsible for go-to-market strategy development and implementation.
    • Responsible for driving brand visibility, affinity, localisation, revenue, and market share.
    • Develop communication materials for above- the-line, through-the-line and below- the-line campaigns.
    • Responsible for developing and implementing digital and social media communication campaigns.
    • Produce marketing content and collateral to reach desired target audience and achieve set objectives.
    • Develop and execute end-to-end growth strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on user acquisition, activation, retention, and referral programs. 
    • Collaborate with the marketing, product, and sales teams to create and optimise targeted campaigns that drive inbound leads and conversions. 
    • Leverage data analytics and user behaviour insights to identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement across all stages of the user journey. 
    • Conduct A/B tests and implement data-driven experiments to optimise conversion rates, user engagement, and retention metrics. 
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of initiatives and provide actionable insights. 
    • Utilise SEO, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and other channels to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic. 
    • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously innovate and adapt the growth strategy. 
    • Drive partnerships, collaborations, and influencer relationships to expand brand reach and awareness. 
    • Apply and promote SeamlessHR culture and core values at all times.
      Undertake ad hoc duties as agreed with your line manager.

    JOB EXPERIENCE

    • Proven experience as a marketing manager or in a similar role.
    • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods.
    • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools.
    • Well-organised and detail oriented.
    • Exceptional communication and writing skills.
    • Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind.
