Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team to drive performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate quality leads and increase brand visibility.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports for management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience and client retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, business development, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is an added advantage.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans in a fast-paced environment.
