Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a unified marketing strategy for the Group across all business verticals.
• Build data-driven digital funnels to drive lead generation, membership acquisition, residential leasing, commercial leasing, and event participation.
• Lead development of brochures, print ads, outdoor campaigns, corporate communications, and event marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 7–12 years’ experience in marketing across real estate, hospitality, memberships, retail, finance, or other high-end service industries.
• Proven track record across both digital and traditional marketing.
• Experience interacting with C-suite executives and presenting strategy at board level.
