We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead Fernhill’s marketing strategy and execution. The role will focus on strengthening the agency’s brand visibility, driving lead generation, and developing marketing initiatives that support client acquisition and business growth.
Working closely with leadership, the Marketing Manager will oversee campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, partnerships, and brand positioning efforts that enhance Fernhill’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen Fernhill’s brand positioning and market presence
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns that drive visibility, engagement, and lead generation
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and competitive positioning
- Manage marketing calendars across campaigns, content, and brand initiatives
Brand Positioning
- Maintain a clear and consistent brand narrative for Fernhill across marketing channels
- Ensure brand consistency across marketing materials, digital platforms, and campaigns
- Support initiatives that strengthen the agency’s credibility and industry visibility
Digital Marketing & Content
- Oversee Fernhill’s digital marketing and social media initiatives
- Guide the development of marketing content that drives engagement and strengthens brand authority
- Track campaign performance and optimize marketing initiatives using analytics and insights
Partnerships & Market Visibility
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and brand visibility initiatives
- Support marketing activities around campaigns, launches, and industry engagements
- Develop marketing materials including brand decks, case studies, and campaign assets
Lead Generation & Business Growth
- Develop marketing initiatives that generate qualified leads and support business development
- Drive inbound marketing efforts that attract prospective clients across Fernhill’s target sectors
- Track campaign performance, lead quality, and marketing ROI
Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns
- Coordinate marketing projects with designers, creatives, and external vendors
- Present marketing strategies and campaign performance insights to leadership when required
What You’ll Need
Essential Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or digital marketing
- Strong experience developing and executing marketing campaigns
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and brand positioning
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Experience managing multiple projects or campaigns simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track campaign performance and optimize results
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a marketing, digital, or creative agency environment
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and social media management platforms
- Experience working with brands across lifestyle, hospitality, fashion, or professional services sectors
- Associate membership of a recognized professional marketing body (e.g., NIMN, CIM) is an advantage
