Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Marketing Managers to lead brand strategy and execution for our passenger vehicle (PV) business. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving brand growth, developing impactful marketing campaigns, and enhancing market presence while ensuring consistent brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand marketing strategies to drive awareness and market share.
• Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing communications.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and agency partners to execute marketing initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and optimize marketing activities.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
• Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer marketing, and campaign management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and marketing analytics tools is an added advantage.
