    Marketing Manager

    Job Description

    • Manage the company and client brand: Ensure that the company's and clients messaging and branding are consistent across all marketing channels. This includes creating and maintaining brand guidelines, and ensuring that all marketing materials adhere to these guidelines.
    • Manage the company's and client online reputation: Monitor the company's online reputation and respond to customer reviews and feedback. This includes managing the company's profiles on review sites such as Yelp and Google My Business,trust pilot,etc.
    • Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns: Identify and work with influencers in the fintech and other industry to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
    • Manage the company's and client marketing budget: Develop and manage the company's marketing budget, ensuring that all marketing initiatives are cost-effective and align with the company's goals.
    • Collaborate with other teams: Collaborate with other teams within the company, such as product development and customer support, to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with the company's overall objectives.
    • Manage the company's and client website: Ensure that the company's website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines. This includes creating landing pages for marketing campaigns, updating product pages, and improving the website's overall performance.
    • Develop and execute a social media strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that is designed to increase brand awareness, engage with customers, and drive traffic to the company's website.
    • Analyze performance: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, and conversion rates. Use this data to optimize future marketing efforts and ensure that the company's marketing strategy is aligned with its goals.
    • Manage offline campaigns: Develop and execute offline marketing campaigns such as event marketing, direct mail, and print advertising. These campaigns should be designed to reach potential customers who may not be active online and build relationships with existing customers.
    • Run online campaigns: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns using email marketing, social media, and search engine marketing. The campaigns should be designed to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to the company's and website, and generate leads.
    • Conduct market research: Analyze the target audience, competition, and identify effective marketing channels. This includes understanding the needs, preferences, and behaviors of the target audience and identifying the best channels to reach them.
    • Create content: Develop and execute a content marketing plan by creating website copy, social media posts, blog articles, and marketing collateral. The content should be designed to appeal to the target audience and align with the company's messaging and branding.
    • Develop a marketing strategy: Create a comprehensive plan that outlines the company's and its clients goals, target audience, budget, and tactics for both digital and offline channels.
    • Ensure that the marketing strategy aligns with the overall business objectives and is designed to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and retain existing customers.
