    Marketing Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategies in Port Harcourt.
    • The ideal candidate will oversee all marketing activities, drive brand growth, and ensure the delivery of innovative campaigns to boost customer engagement, sales, and market share.
    • This role requires a proactive individual with excellent leadership skills and a strong understanding of the local market dynamics.

    Key Responsibilities
    Strategic Marketing Leadership:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to align with the company's objectives.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences in Port Harcourt and surrounding areas.

    Brand Management:

    • Build and enhance brand visibility and reputation through effective marketing initiatives.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.

    Campaign Planning and Execution:

    • Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and sales.
    • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, optimizing strategies to achieve desired outcomes.

    Team Leadership:

    • Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
    • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.

    Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key partners, media outlets, and advertising agencies.

    Budget Management:

    • Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
    • Analyze ROI for all marketing activities and make recommendations for improvements.

    Digital Marketing and Analytics:

    • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO, email campaigns, and online advertising.
    • Utilize analytics tools to track campaign success and provide actionable insights.

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
    • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
    • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and brand management.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
    • Familiarity with the business landscape in Port Harcourt is a strong advantage.
