Marketing Executive – Solar Solutions at ETC Workforce Services Limited

About the Role

• We are looking for a creative Marketing Executive to support our marketing strategy, manage digital channels, create engaging content, and drive lead generation.
• This role helps promote our solar solutions and strengthen brand visibility across residential, commercial, and industrial markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts, create content, and monitor engagement.
• Support campaign execution, lead generation, and marketing analytics.
• Develop content for blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Assist with events, activations, and internal marketing coordination.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure accurate messaging.

Qualifications & Experience

• OND / HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Digital Media, or related fields.
• 1 – 3 years experience in marketing or digital content creation; solar or tech sector experience is advantageous.
• Optional certifications: Digital marketing or solar marketing training (GIZ/NESP, REAN, RETTI).

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong social media, content creation, and digital marketing skills.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with solar products and ability to explain technical concepts simply.
