Marketing Executive

Responsibilities
Creating marketing content for the company’s products/services and distributing it effectively.
- Increase the clientele base of the company by advertising the services offline and online
- Provide innovative promotional offerings, online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Manage and optimize lead generation that impacts all stages of the customer journey
- Ability to close sales via cold calls and cold emails
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Management or similar fields
- At least 2 years marketing experience in facility management, real estate or related industry
- Excellent written and communication skills
