    Marketing Executive

    Key Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance in person and via telephone calls and emails on a daily basis.
    • Development and implement Marketing plan which will meet both personal and business goal of expanding Customer base.
    • Prepare reports of market and customer information by collecting, analysing and summarizing it on a weekly basis.
    • Weekly Participation in Know Your Product (KYP).
    • Research and recommend new opportunities; recommend profit and service improvement.
    • Deliver samples for client’s approval as needs arises.
    • Follow up on client or customers with quotations sent and payment upon job completion and delivery.
    • Work closely with Marketing team, the Production/ Procurement department, Graphics department and other departments as needed in relation to Marketing activities.
    • Attend exhibitions/ presentations
    • Use the right channel to enter codes for products to know if an item is still available while checking for items in the catalogue and in stock.
    • Meet up monthly/ yearly target.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
    • 2 - 3 years proven relevant experience
    • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
    • Strong analytical, time management, and creativity skills
    • Familiarity with social media and web analytics
    • Excellent communication and people skills
    • Strong ability to focus on customer/ market and take initiative experience with social media

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Ability to prioritize tasks
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Highly developed attention to details
    • Strong multitasking skills
