Roles and Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth for Citimobile Media's outdoor advertising services through proactive business development and client engagement
• Negotiate advertising contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and optimal pricing
• Manage client relationships throughout the campaign lifecycle, from initial pitch to post-campaign analysis
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results
• Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed proof-of-performance reports to clients
• Troubleshoot campaign issues by identifying problems, proposing solutions, and coordinating with management and clients for swift resolution
• Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless campaign execution
• Identify and prospect new outdoor advertising sites to expand inventory
• Prepare comprehensive weekly reports on account status, campaign performance, and business development activities for the Managing Director and Team Lead
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience

• HND or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related creative fields
• Relevant professional certifications (local or international) are an added advantage
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience in marketing, advertising sales, or business development
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Experience in outdoor/out-of-home (OOH) advertising is highly desirable.
