Marketing Coordinator at HMD Nigeria

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Receiving and processing customers inquiries
• Following up with clients after offers submission for feedback and provide post sales customer service reports
• Maintain and ensure the CRM is updated and (Leads, Opportunities, Quotations, Accounts...)
• Research projects in the market and extract Leads
• Reviewing the weekly CRM reports with the Sales Team
• Coordinate between the clients, the sales team and the head office when required
• Updating the monthly sales report regularly for Management 
• Implementing marketing and advertising campaigns as set by management
• Keeping promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements and inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
• Supporting sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information;
• Researching competitive products and activity by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, advertising activities, pricing.
• Maintaining lessons learned register for marketing activities and research databases.
• Monitoring local budget spending when it comes to on the field marketing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Communications or related field (essential).
• Two years of experience in business communication, brand communications,advertising concepts and media negotiations.
• Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies.
• Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior.
• Ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful analysis.
• Solid organizational skills and detail oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Salary
N80,000 monthly.
