    Marketing Coordinator (FMCG - BTL & Digital Marketing)

    Location: Lagos – Mainland

    Job Summary

    Marketing Coordinator should have detail-oriented knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing techniques with a keen interest in providing a consistent brand voice across all marketing activities to specific targeted audiences. Candidate must be a creative individual with good communication skills and excellent time management, will exhibit critical thinking skills, strong problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategies for new media and digital marketing teams.
    • Coordinate online marketing campaigns on all social and digital media platforms.
    • Build effective teams, manage multiple projects, and supervise collaboration between departments in order to drive positive business growth.
    • Lead website development and oversee all customer facing digital communication channels.
    • Track growth and maintain analytics reports to provide up-to-date information to upper management.
    • Support in planning, implementation and promoting a yearly marketing method
    • Maintaining the relationship with the BTL companies.
    • Plan & managing the periodically Ground Activation & Promotions.
    • Control events including preparation and performing Events & Exhibitions
    • Plan and implement special marketing programs according to the above plan
    • Understand marketing and commercial sectors goals and constraints and translate these into relevant action sheets & marketing briefs
    • Monitoring market activities (rivals).
    • Planning and executing POS materials
    • Accountable for preparing and arranging projects Launch plans
    • Provide reports, specifications, and creative briefs

    Requirements

    • BSc/HND in a reputable University
    • Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in Digital Marketing Agency/BTL Agency/FMCG/Automotive Companies.
    • Must have BTL & Digital Marketing Experience in relevant environment/industry.
    • Proven hard-core Marketing experience and not a sales person.
    • Language: Verbal & Written: English, Pidgin & Hausa.
    • Computers: Adapt at Excel and Data analytics, making attractive presentations using PowerPoint templates
