Marketing Content Manager at Naxawellness

• We are looking for a content marketing manager who can turn attention into customers.
• We need someone who understands how to use content to move people from discovering Naxa to trusting our products, making a purchase, and returning.

You will be responsible for:

• Developing content strategies tied to customer acquisition and revenue
• Creating and coordinating content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, email and other relevant channels
• Turning customer questions, concerns and experiences into useful content
• Writing campaign copy, product content, landing-page copy and conversion-focused calls to action
• Developing content for paid advertising campaigns
• Planning content around product launches, offers and customer education
• Working with designers, video creators and the advertising team
• Reviewing performance data to understand which content generates enquiries, purchases and repeat customers
• Testing different messages, formats and offers to improve conversion

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience in content marketing, growth marketing or conversion-focused copywriting
• Can show content or campaigns that contributed to measurable business results
• Understands how customers move from awareness to purchase
• Can write clearly, naturally and persuasively
• Is comfortable working with performance data and customer insights
• Can market wellness products responsibly without making careless or unsupported health claims
• Takes ownership of outcomes, not just the content calendar
