    Marketing Communication Manager

    Job Description

    • Develop and execute marketing communication strategies that align with the company's marketing goals.
    • Identify target audiences and their preferences to tailor messaging.
    • Maintain consistent and on-brand messaging across all marketing materials.
    • Ensure that all content effectively communicates the company's value proposition.
    • Select appropriate communication channels (e.g., social media, email, print, events) for specific campaigns.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, bloggers, and industry influencers.
    • Prepare press releases and manage media coverage for product launches or other significant events.
    • Plan, execute, and track the performance of marketing campaigns.
    • Analyze campaign data to assess effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments.
    • Assist in organizing and promoting events, trade shows, and conferences.
    • Coordinate promotional materials and messaging for these events.
    • Work closely with the marketing team, designers, copywriters, and external agencies.
    • Manage the marketing communications budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
    • Create and curate compelling content, including written, visual, and multimedia materials, for various marketing channels (e.g., websites, social media, email marketing, brochures, press releases).

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on marketing communications.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in content creation and marketing tools, such as graphic design software, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
    • Familiarity with branding and brand management.
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
    • Creative thinking and a strong understanding of market trends.
    • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
