Marketing Associates at First Excelsia

Our client, a Real Estate company, located in Berger area of Lagos State is recruiting for the position of Marketing Associates.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales management services to clients
• Propose and implement sales promotional initiatives
• Participate in negotiation and ensure closure of sales processes
• Identify new sales prospects and maintain business acumen throughout the process
• Liaise with the team to organise PR events, etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar disciplines
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Real Estate company, in a similar role
• Must be conversant with the Real Estate industry
• Good network and influencing skills
• Customer service skills

Salary: 70,000 + 10% commission on each successful sales
