    Marketing and Engagement Lead

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Responsible for planning, creating, and executing marketing campaigns to expand the company’s reach, bring new clients, and grow revenue for the company.
    • Planning, executing, and measuring the performance of marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital marketing, social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.
    • Overseeing events, partnerships, and collaborations and ensuring they align with the company’s overall marketing and community engagement goals.
    • Providing regular reports on marketing activities, analyzing performance data, and presenting insights and recommendations to the management team.
    • Leading and guiding the marketing team, providing direction, setting targets, and ensuring everyone works effectively to achieve the company's marketing objectives.
    • Responsible for brand awareness and engagement to drive the adoption of our products and services.
    • Initiating Press releases, thought leadership content collaboration, and initiatives that enhance the company's brand image, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all marketing efforts.
    • Collaboration with the sales team, product development department, and other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business strategic goals.
    • Making informed decisions and optimizing marketing efforts using data analytics.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Management, or related field, with a minimum of 4 years of verifiable experience as a marketer or in business development.

    REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS, AND COMPETENCES

    • Proven experience in marketing, engagement, and community management.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
    • Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
    • Proficiency in using various digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, content management systems, and marketing automation tools.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, email writing, Canva, presentations, Google Docs, and Google Drive.
    • Ability to interpret and analyze marketing data, metrics, and insights to measure campaign effectiveness and make informed decisions.
    • Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies.
    • Excellent ability in creating diverse content formats, including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and visuals that align with the brand's messaging and voice.
    • Proficiency in crafting and executing effective email marketing campaigns, including segmenting audiences, creating compelling content, and analyzing performance metrics.
    • Experience in planning, creating, and managing digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
    • Understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates.
