    Marketing and Digital Executive

    Summary

    • Our client is seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing and Digital Executive to spearhead and execute marketing initiatives aligned with their company's strategic goals and aspirations.
    • As a key member of the team, you will collaborate extensively with the National Sales Manager and Channel Sales Managers to incorporate their insights into the overarching marketing strategy.
    • Your role will be instrumental in monitoring competitive activities, devising schemes and promotions, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
    • You will also play a pivotal role in expanding their reach and revenue across all tiers of the value chain.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute marketing activities (traditional & digital) in alignment with company objectives including all channels of distribution (Open Market, Modern Trade & Horeca).
    • Collaborate closely with the National Sales Manager and Channel Sales Managers to integrate their expertise into the marketing strategy.
    • Regularly track and analyse competitive activities, promotional schemes, and market trends.
    • Propose innovative activities to enhance market reach and revenue generation.
    • Gather, monitor, and present data as required to support informed decision-making.
    • Plan and manage marketing budgets, making necessary adjustments as needed.
    • Liaise and coordinate with various suppliers, including agencies and production houses.
    • Ensure adherence to company policies and standards.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • KPIs will be established in accordance with agreed-upon activities and objectives.

    Reporting Line:

    • As the first member of a department, we intend to grow, you will report directly to the GM until a Marketing Manager is present.

    Skills and Experience

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing
    • Proficiency in both online and offline marketing strategies (open market activations).
    • Demonstrated ability in managing and leading teams of brand ambassadors during activations.

    Compensation and Benefits

    • Net monthly salary of N400,000.
    • Communication allowance.
    • Transport allowance.
    • Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage.
