Job Summary

As our marketing and business development manager, you will be responsible for leading the charge in expanding our presence and driving adoption among families, care workers, and corporate partners. This role combines strategic marketing expertise with business development acumen to establish us as the go-to childcare platform in Nigeria and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our  services to families, care workers, and employers.
• Build and nurture relationships with corporate partners to integrate employer-sponsored childcare solutions into their benefits programs and identify and pursue strategic opportunities with NGOs, government agencies, and care-related organizations.
• Set and achieve revenue and user adoption targets in alignment with organizational goals.
• Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all channels and resonates with target audiences.
• Collaborate with the tech, operations, and leadership teams to align marketing and business development goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years in marketing, business development, or sales roles and experience in tech, childcare, or care-related industries is highly desirable.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, email marketing, and SEO strategies.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, analytics tools, and project management software.
