Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:
• Create comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives.
• Identify target audiences and tailor marketing campaigns to effectively reach and engage them.
• Content Creation and Management
• Create compelling and informative content related to psychology, mental well-being and coaching for various marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, newsletters, and more.
• Manage and update content on the company's website and other digital platforms to ensure accurate and engaging information is readily available to our audience.
• Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media campaigns that reflect the company's values and mission.
• Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily across various social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Monitor social media trends, track engagement metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Audience Engagement and Communication: Foster a strong online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Initiate and participate in meaningful conversations to increase audience engagement and brand awareness.
• Collaborative Approach: Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and insights to develop effective marketing and social media strategies. Work closely with our clinicians to ensure accurate representation of psychological concepts in marketing materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in marketing and social media management.
• Strong understanding of psychology concepts and their application in content creation.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging and innovative marketing campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
