Job Responsibilities
- Promoting and marketing the business.
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
- Providing advice about visas or passports
- Selling holidays, insurance and Education.
- Research various destinations
- Plan and organize travels by booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation etc.
- Inform clients and provide useful travel material (guides, maps, event programs etc)
- Suggest suitable travel options that best suite clients' needs
- Research destination and travel prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.
- Suggest suitable travel options that best suite clients' needs.
Job Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND
- 3 years of experience in similar role
- Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field will be an added advantage
- Candidates with personal experience in travelling will have an advantage
- Passionate about travel and tourism
- Proficiency in English
- Good sales skills and customer-oriented approach
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge about tourism trends
- Good understanding of different tourism offerings and options
