Job Summary

• We are seeking for a results-driven Marketer to join its team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, increasing product distribution, managing distributor relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective market execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies across multiple channels.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and prepare performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to increase product distribution and market visibility.
• Oversee distributor performance through market visits, ride-alongs, and regular performance reviews.
• Execute sales plans aligned with overall business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and other commercial stakeholders.
• Track and achieve sales KPIs while ensuring excellence in execution.
• Maintain accurate records of distributor activities and performance.
• Provide ongoing support and training to distributors while identifying new growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and relevant regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, marketing, or distribution management, preferably within the beverage industry.
• Proven track record of managing distributor relationships and achieving sales targets.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Experience in the liquor or retail industry is an added advantage.
