Description
- The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our HR Solutions, driving client acquisition, generating leads, and increasing product visibility across target markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market our HR Software Solution to prospective clients
- Generate and convert leads into paying customers
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase product adoption
- Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Meet monthly sales and revenue targets
- Prepare weekly sales and marketing reports
- Identify market trends and business opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in marketing or sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Good understanding of digital and direct marketing strategies
- Proven track record in sales will be an added advantage
