Develop strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and sales across regions.
Analyze market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
Drive acquisition and retention of wholesalers while ensuring selling in (bulk buy) and sellout
Manage the wholesalers store on the marketplace, assisting with shop setup, ensuring demand fulfilment by wholesalers to the retailers and adherence to the SLA timeline.
Suggest value added services/products that will increase user acquisition and retention.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesalers while actively seeking new partnerships to drive the sales team.
Focus on generating demands for wholesalers in assigned territory.
Cross-Selling and Up-Selling; introduce wholesalers to additional products or services that align with their goals, contributing to revenue growth.
Prepare Competition and activity report in assigned territory
Develop & deploy business propositions that will be converted to revenue.
Special Skills and Qualifications
HND or equivalent in business, Marketing/ administration/management or equivalent
2-5 years bulk sales management experience in an FMCG Distribution company or related field
Prior experience in team collaboration, key distribution management and handling sellout from distributors to wholesalers.
Capable ofachievingsales target.
Results-orientated and ability to pay close attention to details.
Street smart and with a drive for sales
High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency.
