Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all print and digital editorial operations
• Maintain rigorous editorial standards and deadlines
• Develop revenue-generating content initiatives
• Optimize workflows to improve efficiency
• Manage and mentor editorial staff
• Coordinate breaking news coverage

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in newspaper/newsroom leadership
• Proven track record in high-pressure editorial environments
• Strong network of industry contacts
• Experience with sponsored content and editorial revenue streams
• Excellent writing and editing skills (samples required)
