JOB DUTIES / DESCRIPTION:
- Lead strategic planning and execution to drive company growth and profitability in the oil and gas sector.
- Oversee financial performance, investments, and business ventures to ensure sustainable development.
- Foster innovation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety standards, and operational excellence.
QUALIFICATION / REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Finance; MBA.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, with relevant professional qualifications.
- Proven track record in senior management roles, demonstrating innovative leadership skills.
- Strong strategic planning, financial management, and operational oversight abilities.
