Job Description (in Summary)

• Provide overall strategic direction and leadership to achieve performance, revenue and growth targets.
• Act as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities and other relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure that all operations, filings and governance practices comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with the Board of Directors, providing strategic updates, financial reports and key operational developments.
• Provide direct operational and strategic oversight of the company while ensuring full alignment with the company’s goals and governance.
• Identify and mitigate key risks facing the company.

Major requirements

• B.Sc. / HND in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics or any other numerate discipline.
• A higher degree or professional certification (ACCA,ACA etc.) may be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 7 years' relevant experience in Asset Management Company in a Managerial and Leadership roles.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.
