• We are seeking an accomplished legal professional to join Chris Ogunbanjo Nominees Limited (CONL) as a Managing Associate, supporting our Nominees and Corporate Governance practice.
• This is a senior position for a solicitor with extensive expertise in company secretarial practice, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance, who is prepared to provide strategic leadership and trusted advisory support to clients and stakeholders.

The Role

• Lead company secretarial and governance engagements for client entities
• Oversee statutory compliance and regulatory filings
• Interface with regulators and senior client stakeholders
• Provide governance advisory and risk-aware guidance
• Supervise and mentor junior team members within the practice

The Ideal Candidate

• Over 10 years post-call to the Nigerian Bar
• Proven expertise in company secretarial duties, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance
• Strong leadership, judgment, and stakeholder management abilities
• Professional certifications such as ICSAN, ICAN, or ACCA are an advantage
