Manager, Information Security at Lumenave International Ltd

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a holistic security strategy – sales and process, addressing potential threats and vulnerabilities on customer’s site.
• Establish and communicate information security policies, standards, and guidelines.
• Identify and address emerging security trends, threats, and vulnerabilities.
• Conduct regular risk and vulnerability assessments, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Manage deployment and maintenance of security technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection etc).
• Lead incident response activities, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Design and deliver security awareness and training programs for customers and employees.
• Evaluate third-party vendors for security risks and compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with auditors to ensure regulatory compliance and address findings.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of information security professionals.
• Foster a culture of security awareness and responsibility for customers in the organization.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Candidate must have consistently managed an Annual financial portfolio minimum of #500,000,000 in the IT sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Relevant professional certifications.
• Proven experience (8+ years) in information security roles, with at least (2) in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of information security principles, standards, technologies, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of security professionals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
• Proficiency in key cyber security solution areas.
