Job Summary

• Our client company is seeking for an experienced and motivated Manager to oversee their stores located in Ajah.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the stores, ensuring smooth and efficient.

• Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any issues promptly.
• Manage inventory effectively, ensuring stock levels are maintained and replenished as needed.

• Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills, performance, and overall contribution to the team.
• Coordinate with suppliers to manage stock replenishment and maintain strong relationships.
• Prepare and present detailed sales reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and insights.
• Plan and execute promotional events and sales campaigns to attract and retaincustomers.
• Maintain a clean, safe and secure environment for both customers and staff, adhering to all safety protocols.

Requirements

• Should be 30 years or older, and reside around Ajah.
