Raise funds from the money/capital market to provide liquidity for the business.
Manage all entities’ cash flow to ensure there is enough liquidity to meet financial obligations and optimize investment opportunities.
Identify and assess financial risks such as interest rates risk, foreign exchange risk, and liquidity risk and develop strategies to mitigate these risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
Create periodical reports on’ bank and DFI facility and manage repayment schedules.
Work with entity financial controllers to determine funding needs and allocations
Support the GH treasury for all banking relationships
Manage all credit lines reporting
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master's in Finance) preferred.
5-8 years of proven experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or a related financial role.
Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and valuation methods.
Demonstrated experience in structuring and executing financing transactions, including debt and equity offerings.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform financial modelling and analysis.
Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards in finance.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and documentation.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Professional certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) may be preferred or advantageous.
