    Management Trainee Programme

    ​​​​​​​WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

    • Bachelor's degree (Second Class Upper or CGPA 3.5/5.0 minimum)
    • Master's degree OR professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CFA)
    • Both degrees from recognized top-tier universities (local or international)
    • Minimum 3 years full-time post-NYSC professional experience
    • Age: Preferably 30 years or below
    • Pass company aptitude test (50%+ minimum)
    • Numerical, Logical, Verbal Reasoning, Situational Judgment
    • Demonstrated capability in:
    • Leadership potential
    • Commercial awareness
    • Problem-solving
    • Communication
    • Adaptability
