As a Management Trainee, your role involves supporting the Marketing team, gaining hands-on experience in various tasks, and developing foundational skills in marketing strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
• Conducting market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
• Contributing to the creation of content for digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing initiatives.
• Supporting social media marketing efforts and engagement activities.
• Assisting in planning and executing marketing activities such as market storms and promotional events.
• Gathering and utilizing data for marketing activities.
• Undergoing product knowledge and training.

Person Specifications:

• A recent graduate, with a minimum of a first degree from a recognized institution
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and concepts
• Effective communication skills
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated individual with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
