    Management Accountant

    Responsibilities

    • Gather and analyse financial information for internal use
    • Prepare Weekly Management report
    • Support, monitor, and control budgeting and funding
    • Prepare Weekly compliance report (e.g., DNFI)
    • Conduct risk assessment and advise on ways to minimize risk
    • Develop Monthly Finance report
    • Evaluate the company’s performance using key data and preparing Monthly Performance report
    • Monitoring auditing and taxation practices.
    • Ensuring that financial management policies and procedures adhere to regulatory standards.
    • Performing financial recordkeeping, as well as protecting sensitive and confidential information.
    • Keeping informed of regulatory requirements and best practices in management accounting.
    • Prepare Daily review of GL balances
    • Group Shared Cost analysis
    • Make forecasts to assist business planning and decision-making
    • Work with Finance Business Partners of all subsidiaries in ensuring the financial data is accurate and timely prepared
    • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Group Executive Director, Finance

    Requirements

    • B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or any similar fields
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in preparing financial reports for senior management
    • Solid knowledge of basic and advanced accounting and financial principles and practices
    • Excellent knowledge of cost accounting and reporting
    • Professional certification in Accounting/ Finance will be preferred
    • Working knowledge of financial/accounting software
    • Strong Power-point Presentation skills is a must-have
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • A problem-solver with attention to detail
    • Organizational and leadership skills
