Job Description
- Respond to engineering and maintenance concerns
- Performs and monitors maintenance and preventive maintenance projects
- Participation towards overall hotel cleanliness
- Supports hotel maintenance programs and executes daily, weekly and monthly checklist line system ventilation, refrigeration
- Gas distribution and fuel supply and generator maintenance
- Drainage and waste disposal systems
- Water supply and heating systems
- Maintainance of buildings, plants, machineries, equipments and systems.
Knowledge and Experience
- Must possess knowledge and basic hand/power tool operation
- Previous construction or hotel maintenance department supervisory at least 1 year experience in that capacity
- Should have basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and carpentry concepts
- Must be able to respond to emergencies when not physically at the job site.
- Work with minimal supervision
Salary
N70,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
